I don't even know to start to share how truly wonderful Monica is! I simply don't think there are enough words to paint an accurate picture of the compassionate, patient, supportive and loving woman she is. Monica cared for my son from any 3 months until we moved out of state (I only half jokingly asked if she wanted to move with us) when he was over a year old. She became part of our family and will stay in our lives forever! She was active with him from day one always speaking to him and doing developmentally appropriate activities. She was open to feedback and requests about changes in his needs. Any apps I had to track things she stayed on top of (more than I did actually), and I swear she knew his routine and cues almost Immediately. I would hire her without hesitation if we were ever in the same area again. There are not many people in the world I would trust with my son but Monica treated him like her own, and she became a huge part of our family! Thank you Monica, we love you!
