Monica has been my RN and Physical Therapist a long time. She has unbelievable amount of patience and uncanny knowledge how to care for a 93 years old woman with a heart ailment, who also is fussy and hardheaded. Monica really knows what she is doing, is very talented and attentive. All my life I have been an independent professional woman, lived in several countries and have been in different medical settings. My motto has been "AGE DOES NOT MATTER", and now few month ago, all of a sudden Monica asks me to use a walker or a wheelchair. And worst of it all, I act like a pussycat and listen to her suggestions and follow her exercise plans. I keep wondering, HOW this all happened and how she did it? Monica found me nonslip shoes, adjusted my bathroom and gently, but consistently trained me how to stand up and move correctly. In the beginning I was hard-headed and was thinking that I know better. But then, like thunder and lightning out of the clear blue sky, I managed to fall, I simply found myself flat on my face. Fortunately on the carpeted floor, but unfortunately hit my head on a heavy chair and there was blood. It all happened so very fast, did not hurt much, but the blood sure woke me up. I felt like I wanted to disappear under the bed and right there, my stubbornness rolled down my back, like water in the shower. I have been using my walker and wheelchair much more then before, also purchased non-slip carpets and walk very-very carefully. Monica is a magician, who gave me a new outlook for life. I have now the luck to live A SAFE AND CAREFUL LIFESTYLE, but still like a human being, not flat in my bed admiring the bare ceiling! I can live in my own home and not in a nursing home! At the time, when I needed more help, Monica helped me to hire a right home healthcare team and trained them well. She has good managerial skills and is always fair and very particular. I value highly her loyalty, integrity and stable personality. She knows when it is time to make a decision and is not afraid of possible challenges. She has a strong, but same at the same time a delicate and compassionate personality. She knows how to provide treatment with comfort, companionship and care. She has become my VERY BEST FRIEND!
