Hi. My name Is Monica. I have taken care of all ages groups: newborns, infants, toddlers, preschoolers, children and teenagers. I studied physical therapy and have recently graduated with an associates in Psychology and behavioral sciences. I speak Spanish and English fluently. I also have an intermediate Italian language level and can teach children the basics of either language if you so desire. I have 10 years of experience taking care of children. I have experience taking care of twins and children with special needs, such as ADHD , and Autism. I have also worked with children with OCD, dyslexia and dyspraxia. I love my job, and enjoy spending time with the children I care for. Playing at the park, going to museums, reading, walking, arts and crafts are some of activities that I enjoy the most. I am First Aid, CPR and AED trained for infants, children, and adults. I am certified as a babysitter as well.

We are so grateful for Monica's loving, attuned care for our son, who was one year old when she worked with us. Monica worked with us part time for close to six months and was incredibly responsible, reliable and supportive. We only moved on because our schedules stopped aligning. Our son loved Monica and she really helped support him through the transition from being with his mom full time to getting used to spending time with a nanny. Monica has a strong understanding of developmental stages and plans activities accordingly. She is an incredibly responsible, loving and supportive caretaker!
