I've spent the last six years as a certified teacher, and there's no greater joy than fostering the growth and development of young minds. My passion for working with children stems from a deep desire to make a positive impact on their lives and support families in our community. I believe in clear and open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns that may arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure that they are always in the loop and comfortable with how we stay connected. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable taking charge and ensuring that children understand and follow the guidelines set by the parents. I believe that consistency and structure are essential for children's development and well-being.
