Monica is great with children. She is consistent, warm and a great help. She can multi task and is able to accomplish all tasks when needed. She formed a great relationship with my son, providing structure and respects our house rules and parenting rules. Monica is also great with pets and very helpful around the house, as she is efficient and very organized, helping us to stay on track with our child's schedule and helping to keep the house clean as needed.
