I'm a dedicated and experienced professional nanny with a passion for nurturing and guiding children as they grow and learn. I hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and am certified in CPR, First Aid, and water safety. With a wealth of experience in childcare including years as a nanny and roles in various childcare centers I bring both expertise and a warm, caring approach to my work. I have an extensive portfolio, excellent references, and up-to-date background checks and clearances available for your review. I strive to create an environment that supports their development. I am seeking a full-time position and would love the opportunity to connect and discuss how I can support your family's needs. During an interview, we can align on expectations and ensure a great fit. I look forward to hearing from you soon! *Looking for full time family or part time with two families.

There are so many wonderful things I could say about Monica, and it’s hard for me to even express how much she means to our family. I’m choking up as I write this, but I’m looking to stay home with my kiddos more, especially with our final baby being 6 months old. If I could have it all, Monica would be staying with us. She has been an absolute blessing. My son is in love with her—he calls her "Mon Mon." She is kind, sweet, and has truly felt like family. She is home to my son. I work from home, so I had the privilege of watching her interact with both my toddler and baby. With my toddler, she did so many creative crafts, they explored outside, looked for bugs, and he learned so much. My whole goal was to find someone who could teach and engage him in learning while making it fun. She understands different learning styles and has all the certificates, which made me feel so comfortable. When my toddler got anxious, Monica would guide him through breathing exercises—"smell the flowers and blow out the candle"—which I loved. She also treated my older stepchildren with kindness and love, even teaching my stepdaughter how to play the violin. Monica would be an incredible asset to any family. We are so grateful for the love, care, and support she’s given our family. She will be missed more than words can say and I hope she finds a great family because she so deserves it!
