Hired Monica over the summer for part-time as my Estate Manager / Family Assistant Arranged various appointments for 12 & 13 yr old. Drove kids to and from private school, camp, Dr., activities, private lessons for golf and horseback riding. Assisted with the maintenance of the house and boat with other professionals (such as plumbers, contractors, electricians, boat technicians, pool, instructors, landscapers). Prompt and diligent administrative work. Kept thorough financial records, receipts and communications. The 8-12 hrs a day included all 3 meals, snacks for the kids. Maintained the cleanliness of the kitchen, kids' bedrooms, family laundry, organized kids' rooms and closets. Various errands (dry cleaners, tailors, marina, shopped for clothing, supplies and personalized gifts). Deliveries and returns. Strong attention to detail. Very safe driver. Took good care of the car. Packed and unpacked suitcases for family vacation. In addition, while traveling internationally or with the kids, Monica was house-sitting and cat-sitting. Frequently performed tasks on non-working days and quick to respond to texts and 'to do' lists. I would describe Monica as proactive, organized, dependable, and kind.
