With a background of 30+ years in Fitness and a Specialization in Senior Fitness, Stretching and Flexibility Coach and Certified Nurse Assistant focusing on creating supportive environments where seniors can thrive. Three words that describe my personality, compassionate, dedicated, and patient. I care for seniors because growing up, my great-grandparents were my role models, teaching me invaluable lessons about love, patience, tolerance, and loyalty. In working with seniors, I am looking for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives. I started caring for seniors at a very young age. Sadly, my great grandparents passed away when I was still a teenager, but I had the privilege of providing care for them during their later years.
