I've worked in the public school system for several years working as both a one-on-one personal aide and as a small group support staff with children . I have also spent the last 12 months training as a behavior therapist in a clinical setting to provide therapy to autistic children. I am trained in non-invasive crisis prevention techniques, First Aid/CRP/AED, and have extensive experience with children with autism. I've worked with children for 20 years and love what I do. Being able to provide our special needs youth with the experiences and dignity given to all youths brings me a lot of joy. The best way to feel good is to make a difference in the life of a child.
