About Monica

I'm a nurturing childcare provider with a decade of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for working with children began with babysitting roles in high school and college. I later realized that I wanted to make a positive impact on children's lives, so I decided to pursue a career in childcare. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop their skills. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and routines, and I always follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure they're well-informed about their child's day. I enjoy a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I'm also comfortable using technology-based games and apps to engage children in learning and play. I have some college education and have completed CPR training and First Aid certification.
