About Monica

I'm a special education paraprofessional with a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development. I have worked with students with autism, mild cognitive impairment and anxiety disorders. I have three grown children, two girls and a boy. I also have a dog and cat. I find joy in positively impacting children's lives and providing reliable support to families. My calm and friendly demeanor allows for open communication with parents, ensuring their concerns and preferences are always met. As a creative and imaginative individual, I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, educational games, board games, and puzzles. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. Currently I am available afternoon, evenings and weekends and holiday breaks. I'm available to care for children ranging in age from infants to preteens. I am also able to cat and dog watch. Whether it's cooking meals, assisting with light housekeeping.
