About Monica

Hello families, it's a pleasure to meet you here, I'm Monica, I'm 28 years old and I am currently about to finish my work time with a family for which I was for 2 years, taking care of 6 wonderful children but mostly the 3 youngest. I'm looking to start working in mid-May or early June. I have more than 10 years of experience taking care of children and in my church I was part of a children's ministry where we talked about God and it was a wonderful experience. I am a very orderly, organized person, I like to listen to children, know how they feel, make them feel confident with me and take care of them with a lot of love and dedication. I like respectful parenting, talking and knowing why they are frustrated or upset and finding a solution that makes them feel more comfortable and have a pleasant day.
