I have several years of experience working with adults with IDD. I am currently an Employment Specialist and I provide supports to individuals to help them obtain and/or maintain employment. I have been providing Employment Services for about 2 years between a couple different agencies. I also have experience as a DSP (Direct Support Professional) in residential. I worked for the Arc of Monroe and the Arc of Yates in residential. I supported Adults with autism, Down syndrome, seizure disorders, behavioral and learning disabilities. I also have experience working with behavioral children ages 5 - 15. I am committed to helping people learn and grow to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, hard working and friendly I like caring for people with special needs because it is rewarding to see the individuals I support grow and learn. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends and family, watch the Buffalo Bills, go hiking and relax.
