I highly recommend Monica for whatever needs you have. There is no doubt in my mind that she can accomplish any task set in front of her. She is great with time management and very dependable. I would say she is self-motivated and doesn't need to be micromanaged, which is definitely a plus. She makes any task fun, her patience is top-tier, and she is very flexible.
