Mona was with us during the pandemic, and was the nanny for our son who was less than a year old at the time. Her experience as a caregiver for young children was apparent from day one. She kept our son safe and never ran out of ideas on how to engage with him, whether it be through reading books, arts and crafts, and taking him out to the park. She is reliable and always communicated with us, earning our trust 100%. This was very important to us, especially during the pandemic, when childcare at the time was unpredictable. We are lucky to have Mona in our lives as one of our caregivers to this day!
