Hello my name is Monae. I am a hardworking and dedicated Criminal Justice student with a minor in Sociology. I graduated college May 2024 with honors. My passion lies in helping people, and my ultimate goal is to become a Social Worker after completing my studies. Through my coursework and extracurricular activities. I have 3+ years in experience with childcare. I gained a lot of experience in my time working with kids I cared for children aged 1 to 18 years in an after-school learning center and more. Assist students with homework assignments, modeling good time management and organization skills. As of right now I work for Bergen County in a residential program for youths who lack skills to live completely independently in the community, we are able to help them with skills they may have lack and get ready to transition living on their own.
