I am a stay at home mom! I have a son, C (9 years old) and a daughter, R (5 years old). Once my son was born I stopped working and stayed at home with him full time. Before my son was born I worked as a camp counselor. The ages ranged from 4-16. We gave them many fun opportunities that they would never get in their inter city homes. Activities ranged from arts and crafts, sports, campfire songs, group building activities etc. My children went to pre-school where I was a board member and work day parent. My responsibilities included leading arts and crafts, ensuring all kids felt safe and welcome, regulating any problems between students, kitchen and cleaning duties, teacher assistant and security. As a board member I was responsible for setting up all out of school field trips.
