About Molly

Hello! My name is Molly and I've been a Personal Care Aide for 4 years. After graduating from Boston College, I moved to the Schenectady area to be closer to family, broaden my clinical skills, and save up money for medical school. Over the past few years I've worked in a variety of settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and residential sites. I've also cared for seniors with dementia, individuals receiving hospice care, and people living with disabilities and chronic conditions. I am passionate about providing high-quality, person-centered care and building strong relationships with my clients. I believe that fostering trust and creating a comfortable environment can make a significant difference in the care experience. My ultimate goal is to support clients in maintaining their dignity and independence while receiving the care they need.
