About Molly

I am a 20-year-old nanny moving to the area on April 15th. I have about a year total of full time nanny experience between two families, and about four years of paid babysitting. While nannying a toddler full time, I handled things such as nap-time, meals, cleanup and some household chores, walks to the park, trips to the library, outside play and age appropriate activities. working with kids brings me joy because I love to watch kids grow both developmentally and within their personalities. I am passionate about emotional intelligence and care deeply about creating a safe space for their emotions and nervous system to function in a healthy way. I am CPR/automatic external defibrillator/first aid certified, and have a qualifying letter from the division of child development and early education. One thing you should know about me is I am studying to be a student advocate or mental health counselor specializing in children with disabilities and/or trauma!
