About Molly

My journey as a caregiver started 20 years ago, (mother's helper) as I'm now 33. I have had single child, multiple child, as well as nanny shares gigs. These included: weekend/vacation -24/7 sitting, both full and part time nanny, date night, morning/aftercare. I am open to requests. I appreciate the personal aspects of working with a family; I like the sense of being part of their community. I hope the whole family feels comfortable with me. I have experience with all ages. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children. I am adaptable, and happily follow the preferred communication method per family. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and understand the importance of maintaining a structured environment. I love engaging activities whether it's playing or exploring. I'm a scientist, I strive to educate in a fun and enjoyable way. I love to give the children an opportunity and place to harbor their curiosity and discovery of their environment.
