About Molly

Hello families! My name is Molly, I'm 23 years old, and I'm currently seeking full-time babysitter opportunities! I take pride in being a compassionate, understanding, and hardworking person with a passion for making a difference in children's lives. I believe that seeing the world through a child's eyes and meeting them where they are is the key to truly understanding them. The thing that sets me apart from other candidates is my unique ability to connect with and see a child for who they really are. I have been working in childcare for three years. Right now I am full-time employed by KinderCare Learning Centers as a Kindergarten Teacher; however I've always enjoyed working one-on-one with families, so upon being hired, I will be stepping down from teaching. Teaching has granted me so much insight and awareness of children and their growing psyches. I look forward to being a part of your family's journey.
