Molly was really invaluable to my family. She babysat my 3 year old 3 times a week in 2021 and some of 2022. I did see her interact with him often and she was always very energetic. I rarely saw her putting him in front of the TV, they had lots of outside time and tech free play room time. As far as discipline goes, Molly was always gentle with my son, redirecting him instead of trying to punish him. She would also often touch base with me about discipline just to make sure that she was being consistent with what we were doing. She was flexible with her pricing and always showed up on time. She was sometimes even available outside of our regular M/W/F schedule. Molly is absolutely worth the hire, I would bring her back into my home in a heartbeat.
