About Molly

I'm an experienced childcare provider with a decade of experience caring for kids from newborns to pre-teens. As the aunt to 10 nephews, I've been hands-on through every stage of early childhood, especially the newborn phase. I'm comfortable and skilled in feeding, soothing, diapering, and routines. In addition to my personal experience, I have a professional background as a behavior analyst working with children ages 3 to 13 with autism. This has given me a strong foundation in setting clear, consistent boundaries while keeping things fun and engaging. I'm great at managing tantrums, helping kids regulate their emotions, and maintaining a calm, safe environment, no matter how chaotic the day gets. I love keeping kids active and engaged, whether that's through outdoor play, pretend games, arts and crafts, or educational activities. I'm also happy to help enforce household rules, provide structure, and communicate openly with parents throughout the day. I'm CPR and First Aid certified.
