My name is Molly and I am a 26-year-old woman with a passion for assisting those with disabilities. I have a bachelor's and credits towards a Master's in Communication Disorders. While I have not worked in paid caregiving before, I had personal experience helping care for my grandmother with Alzheimer's while she lived with us, and have a deep understanding of those needs. I have 2 siblings and a father with Autism, so I am very comfortable with people on the spectrum. I worked with nonverbal children with communication disorders at the Callier Center and I also worked at a Disability Resource Center for a few years. I have extensive experience in adaptive art and music and would be delighted to bring that to your home. I have a lot of empathy, and would be dedicated to making your loved one feel safe and supported.
