Hi! My name is Molly, I'm 29 years old. I'm recently married and have been a nanny for 11 years! I have had a lot of experience with children of all ages mainly 8 and under and I am looking for that perfect part time nanny job that fits with my other nanny job! I enjoy doing arts & crafts, swimming, reading, all things outdoors. I am good with sleep training, potty training, and just getting down to the level of the child and understanding what they might need in that moment. I want the children to feel seen and heard but also know the there needs to be boundaries between the two. I have been with my current nanny family for 5. 5 years full time but will need to start looking as they're going into school come fall.
