Molly was a fantastic nanny for our little one!! She is warm and personable, and my kiddo instantly took to her. He would light up every time he saw her!! We hired her in December 2024 to watch our then 9 month old for two days a week, and she stayed with us until early March 2025 when our daycare enrollment started. During her time with us, Molly helped our little one grow and develop—helping him learn how to crawl, helping him stand on his own, reading to him, and engaging him with lots of games and activities to stimulate his brain. He also loved to be outside, so whenever she could Molly took him on walks or just to pop out for some fresh air (even in those cold winter months, which we were so happy about!). Molly showed up on time, and was great with communication if ever there were a delay or problem. And she was willing to come by on off days if her schedule permitted. I was so happy to have our little one spend as much time with her as he did, and I was sad to have her weekly time with us end. I always knew our kiddo was in good hands with Molly; I will certainly be calling her to babysit and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone in need of a nanny!l
