Two words; ultimate mom. Super kind and sensitive with the littles. Seems to be genuinely interested in their well being, beyond just watching the kiddos. She was there for our five various aged children while we took an out of town trip for a few days. Having Molly stay with them brought me much needed peace of mind. Bonus that she has lots of first hand experience with food allergies. And she didn't mind we have a crazy dog.
