About Molly

I've been an educator for a decade, and I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. I'm dedicated to helping children reach their full potential by nurturing their creativity, independence, and emotional well-being. I'm patient, calm, and imaginative, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment for children. I believe in open communication with parents and encourage them to share their preferences and concerns. I provide written daily reports and am always available for verbal communication at pickup. I also respect parents' preferred methods of communication. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and setting boundaries for children. I believe in teaching children respect, responsibility, and self-control. I love playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, educational games, and especially creative activities.
