Molly came to work with us when we needed someone mature and reliable who could be with our two sons (one in elementary, one in middle school) through the summer and then, after school. Molly made a connection with our boys quickly, and was a steady presence as she took them to practices, games, camps, or wherever they needed to go. Molly is an incredibly kindhearted and conscientious care-giver. She genuinely cared about the boys, and shared many stories with me about them. In two years, I do not remember her ever calling in sick! We could always rely on her to be there, even though our work schedules shifted. This proved invaluable especially for after school hours, as meetings or work trips came up. Molly would also do some light cleaning and housework (unloading dishwasher, starting dinner, folding laundry, even pruning in the garden) without being asked. She just prefers to be busy! We would recommend Molly as a reliable, caring sitter.
