About Molly

I have worked with children of all ages, both as a professional nanny, and licensed childcare provider for over 20 years. Every opportunity to work with children and families is a chance to learn and grow for me, and hopefully for them. In 20 years time there has been so much change. I try to be proactive and search for opportunities to understand these changes so that I can help each family live their best life. I also understand that each parent has their own unique perspective on parenting and how they want their children to be raised. I work hard to ensure that there is effective communication between myself and parents to ensure the best outcome. I live in Richfield with my husband Shane. We just celebrated our 31 year anniversary. We have a daughter that we adore, and she just got married in June. We love animals and have an Italian Greyhound named Charolette and several cats. I love seeing movies or going to dinner with friends on the weekends.
