I am currently a special education major at SRU. I have taken coursework devoted to working with special needs students. I also have a special needs brother so am very sensitive to not only the needs of the special needs child but also of their sibling(s). I also was President of my high school's child development class and helped to run the preschool. I have been babysitting for over five years and have had children with varying needs over the years. Also, I am CPR certified and have my life guarding certification. I love to swim and would love a job that involved taking the children to a pool in the summer. I would be able to give them swim lessons as well, or just have fun playing with them in the water.
