My journey into childcare was driven by my deep desire to positively impact young lives and support families. My approach revolves around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in maintaining regular updates with parents through text or phone calls to ensure a shared understanding of their child's day. With my strong belief in routine and structure, I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules while also encouraging children's independence and self-expression. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities that cater to their interests and developmental needs. Beyond childcare, I'm happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
