My expertise includes sleep conditioning, feeding guidance (breast, bottle, or mixed), establishing routines, and providing emotional and physical support to new parents. My approach is nurturing, patient, and professional, always treating each baby as if they were my own. I also offer overnight care, newborn laundry, nursery organization, postpartum meal prep, and light household support to help families create a smooth and restful transition.

Mitshella is by far the best babysitter we have ever had. She is incredibly engaging with the kids and always planning activities or taking them outside and keeping them active. She genuinely loves children and you can feel her positivity throughout. She is also great with getting the kids to clean up, planning meals, showers and bedtime. While they sleep she helps tidy up around the house. She has helped teach my oldest daughter to read, my middle son to potty train and my youngest to sleep train. Every time she has come over I find myself more and more grateful to have known her. I know my kids are in great hands and would recommend her to anyone. Definitely hire her, you won't regret it.
