About Misty

I've spent the past two decades caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, which inspired me to pursue a career where I can positively impact the lives of children and support families. As a caregiver, I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I believe in open communication with parents and prefer to follow their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text, or phone calls. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in my care. My favorite activities to engage in with children include playing board games and puzzles, educational games that promote learning, and technology-based games and apps. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time and have experience with a wide range of age groups, from infants to preteens.
