I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I follow their preferred communication method, whether it's written daily reports or regular text messages or phone calls. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and providing a structured environment for children. My favorite games to play with them include outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that enhance their learning.
