I'd describe my personality as kind, responsible, trustworthy and empathetic. I like working with kids because I am passionate about their development and learning. I have a great ability to connect with them and create activities that encourage their creativity and growth. My experience as a nanny and volunteer has allowed me to see the positive impact I can have on their development and happiness. I'm looking for a job that I can foster children's development in a supportive environment. It's important to me to build a strong relationship with the family, ensuring open communication and trust. I started working in childcare four years ago. My qualifications include experience with children of various ages, ability to plan creative activities and handle daily routine. I also have experience caring for newborns. I have helped children ages 7 to 10 with math tasks, both paid and as a volunteer.
