About Miriam

I'm a RN and I worked for 25 years in Women and Infant services. I also have extensive orthopedic and ER experience. Most of my experience was at Parkland Hospital. While I love my work as a nurse, I have decided to make this change to afford me with greater flexibility. I am very high energy with no physical limitations. You will find me very responsible, punctual, flexible, fun and loving. In my spare time, I like to read, travel, exercise, visit estate sales, set amazing tablescapes, cook, and learn new things. One thing you should know about me is I will dedicate my time with your children meeting their needs. No phone or other distraction. My skills include crafts, reading, tutoring most subjects. I have a masters degree in Nursing but I also am able to tutor children in English (science was my major) because I loved English and that was my second choice of major. I am also a pretty good cook and would not mind helping with basic meal prep as time allows.
