Hello everyone, my name is Miriam and I'm a 22-year-old Biology major at SFSU. I've been working with kids ever since I was about 16, courtesy of my younger cousins. I started babysitting neighborhood kids and other families, some that had learning disorders, at age 18 and started working at a daycare at 20. I'm currently employed at a daycare in San Francisco where we take care of infants & toddlers ages 3 months-2 years old. Although becoming a teacher isn't what I plan on pursuing as a career, I enjoy working with children watching them grow and learn is one of my favorite things about this.
