I handled their feedings, doctor's appointments, while my son worked. Eventually, after 3 years, Alameda County allowed me to receive compensation because my son was a single parent and living in my home. In 2018, my son married and move away. From October 2018 until March 2020, only a transportation service for children. In October of 2020, I began working for Homecare Professionals. I work assisting a family with a senior veteran, who recently needs full-time help 3 days a week.

Miriam is an amazing person who takes your child's best interest to heart. Because she is a loving mother and grandmother, she has a deep understanding of what it takes to care for and guide a child through the day. I worked with Miriam for over a year and have known her for three. She is an excellent communicator, has sound judgment, and is someone I trust. Her life skills are compounded with a no-nonsense ability to get her work done. I have two grandchildren who adore her and if they lived in the area would be under her care regularly. Miriam is what I call a good egg! She's a keeper!
