About Miriam

I am a mother of four and grandmother to six! I worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional in DeKalb County, Ga for over 15 years which provided me experience with feeding, g- tube feeding, positioning, transitioning, toileting, bathing, diapering, lifting, therapy assistance to include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. In this environment, my students were physically and intellectually disabled, medically fragile, visual and hearing impaired, and limited cognitively. In my position as a substitute teacher in SC, I cared for my grandmother part-time, who was diagnosed with early dementia before her death. Currently, I am a part time Care Taker for a young woman who has lost her sight. I am compasssionate, reliable, and qualified! Your loved one will be in good hands with me! Thanks, and God bless!
