About Miriam

I am currently a fourth year student at the University of Maryland in College Park pursuing a degree in Medicine. I am looking to lend an additional helping hand to any families in need. I am the second to oldest of a family of five children and the only girl. My whole life I have helped take care and look after my brothers and hope to provide the same care I give to those I love to your family as well. For me caring and being there for others is more than a job, it is how I choose to interact and make the world around me a better place than I left it. Growing up, I spent most of my summers working as a camp counselor and working as an assistant elementary school teacher in my gap semester before college, and have worked with kids of all ages. I take the responsibility of caring for someone else extremely seriously. I am diligent and meticulous in ensuring that everyone and everything under my charge is well-cared for, safe, and loved.
