Hello, Are you expecting or do you know someone who is? I am a trained postpartum doula specializing in helping newborns acclimate to life while helping families acclimate to newborns. I work with babies from birth through three months of age, during daytime hours. Here is a partial list of what I can provide: -Infant feeding, burping, bathing and sleep assistance -Guidance, companionship and support for new parents -Food preparation (especially healthy breakfasts and turbo-snack platters) -Sibling and pet support -Nursery organization I began my career as a doula after 20+ years of working with children in Montessori and arts-based programs. Later, I added certifications as a yoga instructor and shiatsu therapist to my resume. I am the mother of boy/girl twins, born in 2006. I look forward to hearing from you!
