Good evening. I am a parent myself to a beautiful smart, healthy, and outgoing 15-year-old daughter. I recently went back to school to work towards my Masters in education and public health. I developed my company Bekele Nutrition in 2015 to help children and families learn about nutrition and wellness in an educational setting. I have worked in APS with Communities In Schools and other organizations/camps independently, fostering education via healthy eating, environment and tools. Such as breathwork/meditation, yoga, expressive communication, focus skills, art expression and fun! This is in addition, to assisting with the core curriculum as well. I look forward to helping you during this paramount time, to build adaptable communities of educators and nurturers. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Miriam has been an absolute blessing to our family - especially during these times. She is so engaging with our girls and fills their days with fun, creative activities and outings. She helps make sure homework is complete and has even helped cook a few meals! Every week, she plans fun, safe outings for the girls - from Stone Mountain Park to the Atlanta Zoo to the High Museum. She has helped to enrich the girls' lives by showing them new things and teaching them so many great life skills. Miriam is a great communicator and is very attentive to the girls' needs. Highly recommend is a massive understatement. Thanks for all you do, Miriam!
