Mirella is incredible with our three kids. She has been taking care of them now for eight months, she loves them and they love her. From day one she has asked great questions about how we would like her to handle certain situations so what she does remains consistent with what we do as parents as far as routine, discipline, foods, etc. Our oldest, who is 4, has autism and does great working with him, which takes a special kind of person. Beyond taking care of the kids she is helpful around the house keeping the kitchen clean, sweeping, and even mopping on occasion. We are so happy we found her and hope she will be able to continue working with us for a long time. You can't go wrong hiring Mirella, she is simply the best.
