About Miranda

I'm a nurturing and enthusiastic adult with 4 1/2 years of experience caring for children from ages 1 to 11. My passion for working with children stems from my desire to positively impact their lives and support families in my community. I have a natural ability to connect with children and create a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and keep them regularly updated about their child's day. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules while following the parents' lead. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to engage children and help them grow. I have some college education and have taken coursework in early childhood education and early child development.
