I am currently a certified Elementary/ Special Educator in the states of Virginia and Maryland. I have experience with using different techniques for caring for people with special needs through my education and 6 years of experience in this field. I also have experience taking care of with various behavioral/ mental health disorders including ADD/ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities and Autism, depression, and anxiety. I treat each child with dignity and respect as if they were a member of my own family! In the past, I have provided respite care for families and am familiar with the process for recording service hours. I provide fun developmentally appropriate activities to help children progress in their social and academic development.
