About Miranda

My name is Miranda! I'm a SoCal native who has plenty of experience with childcare. Growing up my mom ran a daycare in our home. I have experience as a babysitter, nanny, camp counselor and after school instructional provider. I'd describe my personality as patient, considerate and detail-oriented. I like working with kids because we all used to be one. As a kid, I needed someone to help guide me through it all. Life can be very overwhelming when you're experiencing it for the first time. I like being the person that reminds them that it's going to be okay. I started working with kids around age 6. My mother would trust me to gather the toddlers for snack, nap time and lunch in the living room so we could wait our turn to be seated or tucked in. In my spare time, I like to journal, play with air dry clay, draw/paint, make jewelry and crochet. One thing you should know about me is I value compassion more than anything.
