About Miranda

I am a passionate educator whose mission is to foster radical love and connection to the natural world in all children in my care. I've worked closely with all ages, from infants to young adults, in a wide variety of education roles across the country. I received my BA from Cal Poly Humboldt, and my MEd at Antioch University New England. I have a RCYT-200 and RCYT certification from Soma Yoga Institute. I'm working toward a teaching license with an endorsement in birth-3rd grade. I also have a Level IVA credential in early childhood from Northern Lights at CDD. I am a full time licensed teacher during the weekdays, and am available on some weekends for those who desire holistic care for their children. I live in a remote rural location, and therefore I charge rates that include mileage, starting at $40/hr for one child with an addition $5/hr for each additional child for both recurring and one-time care. I am familiar with very basic Spanish and German for multilingual families.
