About Miranda

Hello! My name is Miranda and I'm currently a nursing student at UTHSCSA. I'm the eldest of three siblings and most of my experience of taking care of children has come from them. I'm a highly responsible and caring individual when it comes to children including adults as well! I'd describe my personality as compassionate, creative and friendly! In my spare time, I have enjoyed volunteering at hospitals. During this time, I had interacted with pediatric patients, engaging in fun interactive games to help them during their stay at the hospital. Meeting patients has further fueled my passion for caregiving. For my hobbies, I love to read, draw, roller-skate, and dance! I am committed to supporting families and dedicated to stepping outside my comfort zone to develop new skills while refining the ones I already have in caring for children.
