About Miranda

I'm a pediatric speech therapist based in Wakefield, MA with a strong passion for supporting children and families. I work full-time in a school setting and will also be working ESY program from July 7th -August 7th, M-TH until 12:30 p.m. Because of that, I'm looking for a flexible family who may not need full-time care throughout the summer. I'm currently completing my certification as a postpartum doula. I bring experience as a summer nanny for both infants and school-aged children. My experiences includes feeding therapy, ASL, and a deep understanding of child development through both my clinical and caregiving roles. I'm CPR certified in both infant and adult care, and I have a reliable Volkswagen Tiguan transportation. I absolutely love dogs and have a sweet 6-month-old golden retriever puppy at home. I'm hoping to work with a family that loves being outside, whether that means going for walks, visiting parks, or enjoying playtime in the yard! Let's see if we're a great fit!
